We take great care to ensure that our team continuously meets your expectations. A Landmark director is accountable at all times for the delivery of the service to your satisfaction.
Depending on the nature of the assignment, we charge hourly rates or agree a monthly retainer or project fee in advance. We keep accurate records of all time spent on client work, through electronic timesheets. We will only charge expenses at cost and subject to prior agreement.
